Travel & Accommodations

Travel & Accommodations are Not included

Please be sure you understand that travel is not included in your retreat pass. You must arrange your own travel to San Francisco. An option for accommodations (you get your own bed!) is available with your Retreat pass but must be booked at the same time and availability is limited.

Payment Plans

$500 Due at time of booking

You have the option to pay for your retreat pass in full or put down a $500 deposit. The remainder is due by July 1, 2020. If full payment is not received by then, your booking will be cancelled and 50% of your pass is due to VRV3 Studios.

Retreat passes will no longer be available to purchase after July 1, 2020.

Cancellation Policy

Your Booking date

Your Booking Date is the date and time of your first payment, whether in full or just the deposit.

Cancellation Windows

If you cancel within 48 hours of your Booking Date, you will receive a full refund.
If you cancel by July 1, 50% of your pass is due to VRV3 Studios.
If you cancel after July 1, no refunds will be given.

Transferring Your Pass

So you want to Transfer your pass…

If you are unable to go to the Retreat, you have the option to transfer your fully-paid pass to another person. If you have not fully paid for your pass, you will not be able to transfer it until it is paid in full. When you are ready to transfer your pass, please send us an email at info@vrv3studios.com with the following information:

Your full name
Name of transfer recipient
Transfer recipient’s email address

Once we have confirmation from the recipient, we will confirm the transfer with all parties by email.

Liability Waiver

must be signed on arrival

Every retreat participant will be asked to sign the VRV3 Studios Liability Waiver when they arrive. A copy is linked here for your records.
